Great location, close to the heart of the city, and also in a safe area. The hotel facilities were perfect, and the staff was really accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice and great coffee.
Nothing.

Riad Andalouse is extremely well appointed, with rooms individually decorated in pleasing styles. The social areas - patio and terrace - are comfortable and induce a relaxed atmosphere. Francois, the proprieter, is extremely friendly, welcoming and informative, being willing to discuss daily programmes, arrange excursions and generally give advice about Marrakech. (If you get a chance, ask him to show you his marvellous underwater photos!) The other staff are also very, very friendly and helpful, and contribute to an exceptionally enjoyable experience. The food - breakfast (delicious pancakes!) and dinner (wonderful tagines) - is excellent and beautifully presented. Although sitiuated near the eastern edge of the Medina, this is an advantage as it is quiet and peaceful, away from the usual tourist noise and bustle, and the Jamaa el Fna can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot - although it usually takes longer than that since the route can take you through back streets which are much more fascinating then the places normally visited by tourists. We would certainly reccommend, without hesitation, this wonderful Riad to anybody planning a trip to Marrakech.

The rooms in the hotel were large. Terrace was included. It's the best place in Marrakesh, I do recommend it to everyone.

The French proprietor makes you very welcome and spends time with his guests each day to offer advice if wanted on places to visit, restaurants, excursions etc, but in a non-intrusive way. We arrived in the late evening and a wonderful meal was ready for us to enjoy on the roof terrace. He also discussed the menu for the other evenings we chose to dine in the Riad and he and his friendly staff made us feel like house guests. The furnishings in the bedrooms and sitting areas are lovely and the roof terrace is great for meals as well as enjoying the sun. We had wanted to stay within the medina to experience the atmosphere of the old city and the Riad provided this. Marrakech is a vibrant, exciting place to visit but the Riad is a peaceful haven away from the bustle. The location is safe, away from the hubbub and the very busy tourist centre, and with a real feeling of being where locals live their lives. Taxis congregate a few minutes walk away so it's easy to get to the centre but we enjoyed walking through the streets with shops that cater for the locals. The car firm he uses for the airport run and our trip to the Atlas Mountains was very good with careful drivers.

Welcome from the proprietor Francois and his excellent staff, beautiful riad, well positioned so you can retreat from the main bustle of the medina in the evening and close enough that you get the whole medina experience by day

Had a lovely xmas break in this beautiful oasis in the heart of the medina. Loved the attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The traditional breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the quiet and peaceful pool area to relax in after a day out exploring the city. The rooftop terrace also offered stunning views of the surrounding area.
While the location was central, getting to the main attractions required navigating confusing and winding alleyways. , the organized day trips were a bit pricey compared to other options available locally.

The room and property was fantastic, providing an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Loved the roof-top terrace with the day-bed and amazing views of the Atlas mountains. The host was very helpful, who was happy to sit down with you every morning to discuss your plans for the day!

Tranquil atmosphere, elegant design, a beautifully restored Riad. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The Riad is located within a quiet, truely Arab quarter with friendly people. It is easy to catch a taxi to the Djemaa el Fna. Walking there takes about 15 min. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this Riad.
Just a remark: The breakfast could be more diversified. Fresh orange juice would be nice.

The staff were excellent! Muhammed was extremely helpful and made our stay extra special. The location was a hidden gem outside the madness of Marrakech. The food was delicious and we enjoyed dinner there nearly every night. The riad itself was beautiful, with an amazing pool and seating areas. The rooftop was perfect for late dinners and breakfasts.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel is conveniently located about 15 to 20 minutes away from the main sights, while still being close to all the action. It is situated right on the edge of the Medina district. the rooms are spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds, linens, and robes. the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
One of the organized day trips offered by the hotel was expensive compared to others, but the quality may have been better.

The rooftop terrace was a great spot for breakfast and drinks in the evenings with a view of the city.
Our room was a bit small and the curtains didn't offer much privacy. the location was a bit further from the main attractions than we expected, but we were able to walk to most places or take a short taxi ride.
